Effective from October 26, 2026. This page is written to be read in two minutes. When we change something, we change the date at the top too.
Who the controller is
The operator is an individual based in the Czech Republic. We'll add the name, company ID, address and contact email to this page and to the footer before the paid version launches. Until then the site takes no payments.
What we store
- Your account. If you sign in with email and password or with Google: your email, a hash of your password (never the password itself), your subscription status, your last sign in time and settings you save in the app. If you sign in with Whop, we store nothing about you on our server. Your Whop account ID and email live only in a signed cookie in your browser. This is used to sign you in and to check your subscription.
- Your subscription. We sell it through Whop (whop.com). You enter your payment details directly with Whop. From Whop we only learn whether you have a subscription, which plan and until when it runs.
- Waitlist email. Only if you give it to us. We use it for one email on Premium launch day and at most two reminders. We never share it and delete it within 30 days of launch. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw anytime by replying to any of our emails or by writing to the contact address.
- Cookies. After you sign in, one technical cookie that keeps you signed in. While you sign in with Whop or Google, one helper cookie for ten minutes that protects the sign in from being forged. If you switch the language, one cookie remembers it. No tracking or advertising cookies.
- Traffic. Time, page visited, browser type, language and where you came from. No IP addresses, no cookies and no identifiers that could be tied to a specific person. It only tells us which parts of the site get read.
What we don't store
- Your portfolio. Your exchange export is processed only in your browser. It is never sent to any server and we never see it.
- Payment details. Card numbers and other payment details never reach us. Only Whop has them.
Where the data lives
The site and account storage run on Vercel. The hosting provider logs IP addresses briefly for operations and security, and they never reach our storage. Payments and Whop sign in are handled by Whop under its own privacy policy. We only read market and on-chain data from third parties and send them nothing about you.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent. We handle it within 30 days. You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority (ÚOOÚ, www.uoou.cz) or to the authority in your own country.
